Infrared Heat Patching Technician
- Perform commercial asphalt maintenance, specializing in pothole repair using infrared asphalt heat patching.
- Experience in asphalt repair is preferred but not required—on-the-job training available.
- Collaborate with the site supervisor to complete projects according to scope and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license required for equipment operation and job site travel.
Seal Coating Technician
- Seal coating experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
- A valid driver’s license is required for job site travel and equipment operation.
- Responsibilities include properly cleaning surfaces, edging, and spraying to ensure high-quality application.
Painting Assistant
- Layout and install pavement markings on roadways, parking lots, athletic courts, and airports, following project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Use engineered plans and satellite imaging to accurately calculate field measurements for precise marking placement.
- Track and document quantities of pavement markings completed on each project for accurate reporting.
- Perform traffic control duties, including flagging, short-term lane closures, and slow-moving mobile lane closures, to ensure safety on job sites.
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and repairs to keep machinery in optimal working condition.
- Operate specialized equipment for the installation of high-quality pavement markings.
- Load and unload trucks daily, ensuring materials and equipment are properly transported and secured.
- Drive company trucks to safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist with other work-related duties as assigned to support project completion and team success.
